displays over 5000 items and is very easy to navigate.

1. Inspect packages for exterior
damages before carrier leaves.
If damages are visible, have carrier
note the damages.
2. Please open and inspect packages for damage
immediately upon receipt. Call our customer service
immediately at 1-800-949-3305 with any breakage issues.
Please notify us within 5 days at 1-800-949-3305 of any
possible damage which may have occurred in the shipping
process.
We have only 5 days to submit breakage claims with
shippers. Keep all original packaging materials!
Returns
Free of Damages:
All "Unauthorized Returns" will be refused and no credit
issued.
There is a 15-Day Return Policy for Stock Items.
All returns must be pre-authorized and issued an RMA#.
All
cartons being returned must be carefully marked with the
assigned RMA#. All RMA#'s are issued by our customer
service department at
1-800-949-3305.
All returned items must be repacked and returned in
their original double-boxed protection to insure proper,
unbroken returns for credit. RMA's received back at our
facility that are broken due to insufficient return
packaging will not be credited. Packages being returned
must be insured by you for your protection.
- A 25% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee is
applied against all returned items (Returned within 15
days).
For all returns - customer is responsible for payment of
both the original shipping out and all shipping costs
back to the manufacturer.
- Absolutely no returns accepted on customize order
displays, including orders with custom text or
imprinting.
- Be sure the dimensions meet your needs on large
"built-to-order" display cases. These are costly to ship
and return.
Inspections
Prior to Shipping.
All merchandise is carefully package and inspected
before shipping. Upon acceptance of the shipment, the
carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery. If
you receive a shipment from us with damaged merchandise
(including concealed damage) please follow proper
procedures.
Proper Procedures
Accept the shipment in its entirety including the
damaged cartons.
Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials
for inspection by the carrier.
If received via truck line:
Call World Plastics of Michigan, Inc. at 1-800-949-3305,
within 10 Days of ship date.
If received via FedEx: Call
1-800-463-3339, within 10 Days of ship date for instructions.
If received via truck line:
Call for an inspection
report.
Do not deduct claims for damage or loss from our invoice
or withhold payment without our authorization from World
Plastics of Michigan, Inc.
RETURNS
You must call World Plastics of Michigan, Inc. at
1-800-949-3305 for a return authorization number and a return
facility to send to
WITHIN 15 DAYS
of ship date.
All "Unauthorized
Returns" will be refused and no credit issued.
The return authorization number must be on the outside
of the box(s) of the shipment being sent back to us or it
will be refused.
